Features and Applications

Actmix R101/G is a bio-based antioxidant whose active ingredient is an antioxidant extracted from eucalyptus. Containing a large number of phenolic hydroxyl groups, it can capture macromolecular free radicals generated during the thermal oxidative aging of rubber, improving the thermal oxidative aging resistance of rubber. It has the same protective effect as traditional rubber antioxidants and is an ideal bio-based substitute for them. Actmix R101/G is a dust-free granule with rubber carriers, including natural rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, ethylene propylene rubber and other rubber carriers. It has good dispersibility and high activity in rubber formulations, and is easy to weigh and store.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: It can replace antioxidant RD or other phenolic antioxidants in rubber in equal amounts, with a dosage of 0.5-2.0phr.
Application: High-performance bio-based antioxidant for natural rubber and other rubbers.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is one year.
